Returns & refunds

If your Suitsupply purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item in its original and unused condition, with tags attached, within 30 days after delivery, for a refund or an exchange.

Exchanges can be processed through our Suitsupply Stores. Just take the item(s) to be exchanged to the store, together with the proof of purchase you received with your web order, and the store staff will process the exchange.

When returning an item use the original packaging and sticker it with the return label that was enclosed. Please fill out the return form and indicate the reason for your return.

For returning (w/o exchanging) you have 2 options:

1.

Take the item(s) to be returned to a Suitsupply store*. You can either ask for an exchange or a refund. You can find your nearest Suitsupply store by checking here.

2.

Contact Suitsupply Customer Service by e-mailing service@suitsupply.com and notify us on the amount of items to be picked-up, if you found the enclosed return label, the location and desired date of the pick-up, and we will arrange a free of charge UPS pick up for you.

*with the exception of our Vilnius and Riga stores.

Please note that we can only issue your refund to the original form of payment used to complete your purchase online and once we have received all the returned items in original and unused condition.
